Aliens Group - Head - Human Resource - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD (4-10 yrs)
We are looking for an HR head from premium colleges. It's a highly demanding position. You will be directly reporting to MD.
You will own a team of 10+, recruiting officers and HR executives and responsible for recruiting in all profiles spanning sales, marketing, operations, collections, and HR.
The role is highly fulfilling and you will be empowered to the full extent, without any external intervention.

Key Qualifications:-
- MBA/PGDM from premier institutions such as XLs, IIMs or B-tech from IITs
- At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience from sectors such as Startups Insurance and FMCG

- You must be an excellent relationship builder, motivator and influencer
- Must be execution driven and able to analyze and source right from all channels
- Own responsibility of hiring, onboarding, and retaining the candidates
- You can Identify and nurture the talent to build a team, which can operate on its own, with little/no supervision
Job Description:-
- Handling end to end recruitment and HR operations
- Conducting preliminary interviews and shortlisting for a final round
- Ensuring suitable background verification of the candidates selected
- Maintaining HR-MIS and generating data-driven insights
