Aliens Group - Head - Fund Raising

We @ Aliens are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals for the position of Head - Fund Raising with 5+ years of strong professional experience in raising funds in the range of 200-500 crore within a span of 1-2 years.

Fundraising experience of Residential/Plotting & Golf/Commercial/Shopping Mall/Hotel would be added advantage.

S/he will be required to :

- Identify innovative sources of fund-raising opportunities

- Reach out to angel investors and Venture capital firms or individuals

- On board investment bankers

- Send Information Packages to investors

- Conduct financial, operational and industry wise due diligence process

- Manage and prepare due diligence items, buyer contacts, company presentations

Education/ Certification requirements : B.Tech/ MBA from Tier-1 Institutes; CFA or CA 1st attempt
