Aliens Group - Head - Banking

We are looking for BANKING HEAD with preferably prior exposure to working on banking products (specially HL/LAP) relevant to sales in context of real estate or other relevant industries. The job will be positioned in Hyderabad.

About the role :

- Ensure preparation of documentation to impanel our project with bank

- Getting the project approval from banks

- New banks and housing finance companies tie-ups

- Login files and credit approvals and disbursement

- Should have experience in real estate sector side for credit management

- Develop and maintain cordial relationship with bankers for smooth transactions

- Should have excellent persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness

- Must have relevant experience in personal loans and home loans

- Total A-Z documentation required for home loans
