Aliens Group Pvt. Ltd., a large construction and infrastructure group based in Hyderabad, is looking for a premier business school graduate to join as an executive assistant to the MD. The incumbent will have the following responsibilities.

A. Corporate Strategy and Planning- EA should work with all the concerned stakeholders and articulate corporate strategy under the leadership of MD

- Carry out research to address strategic business questions and partner with key stakeholders towards development and articulation of organisation's strategic plan under the leadership of top management

- Create strategic concepts and frameworks aligned to the mission and vision of the organisation and articulate findings, insights, and recommendations

B. Project Management and Process Excellence- EA should ensure complete execution of the stipulated projects while maintaining high levels of process excellence

- Execute all the formulated key strategic initiatives for the organization with focus on growth, profitability and outcomes

- Responsible for solution implementation at an enterprise scale by collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on business process improvement & alignment strategy

C. Corporate Communications - EA should be a champion of developing a robust communication channel to ensure optimum and trust levels in the organization

- Create the communication framework for all customers, employees, executives and heads to ensure a robust and highly effective internal as well external communication channel

- Be the SPoC for MD for the respective role and provide a continuous human touch to all verticals to create a sense of empowerment

D. People, System and Operational Initiatives- EA should be a pioneer in effecting the multiple people, system and operational initiatives to aid and support MD's decision making agility

- Assist in developing a tech-enabled workforce by synchronizing organizations imperatives with digitization and automation

- Direct all administrative, financial and operational activities for the organization in a smooth and efficient manner so as to reduce MD's occupation with such activities
