Key Responsibilities

- Create strategic concepts and frameworks aligned to mission and vision of the organisation and articulate findings, insights, and recommendations Keep Ensure finalization of annual goal settings, tasks, project flow and milestones to all the

- Ensure advancement of strategic initiatives by collaborating with teams to manage deliverables and timelines

- Identify critical bottlenecks in the process and be a solution provider to the same and conduct such analysis on a daily basis

- Execute all the formulated key strategic initiatives for the organization with focus on growth, profitability and outcomes

- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement and provide highly informative dashboards to the MD and business heads

- Responsible for solution implementation at an enterprise scale by collaborating with technical and business stakeholders

- Create the communication framework for all customers, employees, executives and heads to ensure a robust and highly effective internal as well external communication channel

- Be the SPoC for MD for the respective role and provide a continuous human touch to all verticals to create a sense of empowerment

- Assist in developing a tech-enabled workforce by synchronising organisations imperatives with digitisation and automation

- Direct all administrative, financial and operational activities for the organization in a smooth and efficient manner so as to reduce MD's occupation with such activities

Candidate Profile

Specifically, the candidate should have:

- MBA in Finance/Strategy from tier 1 campus with stellar academic record

- 1-4 years of experience in corporate strategy profile preferably in strategic leadership office from across sectors such as real estate, manufacturing, consulting, FMCG, BFSI, IT/ITeS, Start-ups, Top 30 organisations in India etc.

- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills with high IQ and EQ

- Experience in supporting the development of strategies that align to organization's mission and vision with demonstrated ability to think strategically, communicate and collaborate

- Highly motivated, resourceful, results-oriented individual who demonstrates agility

- Ability to work across the company and at all levels, including with senior leaders and vertical heads
