1. Act as the decision making authority in all matters relating to sales and marketing. 2. Supervise and monitor the performance of the Chief Sales Officer and the Chief Marketing Officer. Direct them to take the requisite corrective actions as per their own cognizance or the recommendations of the CEO or the instructions of the MD. 3. Take review meetings with the CSO and the CMO, and the heads of marketing and sales to ensure that the marketing and sales targets are met. 4. Arbitrate between the sales and marketing teams to ensure fair and transparent allocation of marketing budgets and leads.
