About the role:

- We are looking for a Deputy sales Head from premium colleges. It's highly demanding position.

- You will own monthly portfolio of 5 Cr and handling a team of 30+, which includes managers and executives. The managers are veterans and have considerable experience in real estate sector.

- You will be growing the business by analyzing the data, motivating the team and independently closing the deals.

Key Qualifications :

- MBA/PGDM from topmost B-schools such as IIM, XLRI, SPJIMR, MDI, NMIMS

- At least 4-7 years of sales experience from sectors such as Real Estate, Insurance and pharma industries

- You must be an excellent relationship builder and negotiator

- You are analytical enough to reach at data driven decisions

- You can Identify and nurture the talent to build a team, which can operate on its own, with little/no supervision
