- Analyze the procurement process and create a template to systematize it. - Study the relationship between the cash flow forecasts, construction requirements and the procurement, and analyze the process in this regard. - Forecast the procurement requirements for the rest of the project period to help the procurement team, organize their workflow better. - Based on learning from the earlier exercise, forecast purchase requirements for the future. - Analyze vendor management practices and systems prevalent at Aliens Developers and benchmark it to the theoretical best practices and the relevant practical approaches. - Recommend process and structural changes to optimize the procurement process with respect to purchase scheduling, payments and vendor management. - Maintain accurate and complete MIS of all requirements orders and payments. - Train motivate and manage the team members so that they perform their tasks efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with finance team and the Sr. Managements to synchronies the procurement with organizational cash flow to facility the sustain program of project completion.
