Your Impact:

- Ensuring new banks and housing finance companies tie-ups and work towards getting more disbursements from the same

- Ensuring preparation of documentation to empanel our project with banks

- Getting the project approval from banks and maintaining constant interaction with them

- Developing and maintaining cordial relationship with bankers for hassle free transactions

- Ensuring the collection of requisite documents with respect to housing loans/home loans

- Overlooking the sanctioned banking files by ensuring a thorough completion of following- Log in, KYC, Sanction, Documentation, Disbursement

- Be a guide to all the teams, management & customers towards getting bank disbursements

- Ensuring compliance & error free documentation process to avoid any future complications and avert any fraudulent deals and follow banking & real estate sector guidelines

- Providing effective assistance to the team members and guiding them in achieving hassle free collections and closures with concerned stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

- Should have 2-7 years of experience in real estate sector side for credit management, preferably prior exposure to working on banking products relevant to sales in context of real estate

- Undergraduate and Post-Graduate (if applicable) from NIRF ranked campus
