Responsibilities 1. Identify and close strategic advertising partnerships with leading brand advertisers or agencies or resellers. 2. Grow repeat business from existing advertising customers, partners and agencies, to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. 3. Execute programmatic buying partnerships by setting up PMP deals. 4. Identify and focus on key sources of mobile video demand/grow UC Ads video revenue. 5. Communicate effectively internally to align resources - including but not limited to product, engineering, business operations, etc. to help meet advertisers needs. 6. Manage multiple business initiatives in a start-up environment Qualifications 1. BA/BS degree with 6+ years of work experience in mobile, online advertising or ad technology background (mobile preferred) 2. Demonstrated familiarity with the entire online advertising ecosystem (video, display, search, social, mobile and programmatic). 3. Strong network of C-level relationships across agencies and advertisers, DSPs, in India. 4. Can-do attitude, ability to manage ambiguity, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
