Our aim is to build a one-stop-platform for all regional music & short video content. We are looking for a smart, intuitive mind to build the library for video and music content focusing south India content consumption. Job Description - 

1. Making of the general strategy of our south video community by user needs analysis and market research.

2. Responsible for the analysis of south market analysis, making of regional (south) content strategy and the building south content & music library.

3. Responsible for the regional talent operation including recruiting, training and operation.

4. Responsible for the south contest operation

Job Requirement - 

1. Smart, Hardworking and Loyal

2. Highly understanding of the south short video market and a strong interest in building a UGC video community

3. Good understanding of video & music content. Able to understand users' need and make strategy accordingly 

4. Good data analysis skills, can get insights from data and improve our region content accordingly

5. Have experience in the south video content marked. Worked in the Youtube/South Content MCN, had the resource of south Production House/MCN/Talent Agency is preferred.
