Algorithmic Trading & FIX Protocol Analyst

- Spear head client on-boarding and connectivity projects for the Institutional Equities front office. Handle electronic flows from clients to various Trading Platforms.

- Coordinate client on-boarding process including client certification and system integration across Cash,Derivatives and FX segments/products. This includes Direct Market Access (DMA) as well as high-touch flows over the FIX protocol.

- The role involves extensive communication directly with client teams & vendors/partners. It also involves serving as the first point of contact for the team.

Key Responsibilities :

Managerial Responsibilities :

- Liaising with business teams and external vendors for new requirements.

- Coordination within the team for addressing any new development request from clients

Functional Responsibilities :

- Client certification and on-boarding on trading platforms over FIX protocol

- FIX and vendor management

- Functional analysis for requirements raised by clients as well as internal trading desks

- MIS reporting of the trades done across the desks

- Debugging and tracking production issues by working closely with team and external vendors

Job Requirements :

Qualifications : B.E., B. Tech, BCA/MCA or equivalent

Experience : 3-5 years of work experience

Functional Competencies : Thorough understanding of FIX protocol
