AlgonoX Technologies - Manager - Business Development - RPA Sales/IT Sales

AlgonoX Technologies is looking for RPA Business Development Managers!

Prior experience in Sales of RPA / AI-ML Solutions/ IT - ITES/ B2B is mandatory.

Location : Mumbai,Bangalore and Hyderabad

Pre-requisites & Responsibilities :

The candidate will work directly with the co-founders and other senior leaders to fuel the growth and partnership opportunities.

Prior sales experience in the area of RPA / AI-ML Solutions/ IT - ITES/ B2B is mandatory.

Ownership of sales targets for the region.

An ideal candidate should be tech savvy with passion for sales.

Own end to end business development/sales funnel from Lead generation to closure and be responsible for achieving revenue targets.

Responsible for stakeholder management across delivery, presales and solution.

Ability to pitch and demo the product/solution to various prospects and clients.

Enthusiastic individual willing to work in start-up

The incumbent is expected to : 

a) Have worked in India field sales - new logo hunting either in Product or Services setup.

b) Have decent connects in the territory/region he/she is working.

c) Good understanding of Indian market.

Skill set and attributes :

- Excellent and precise written and oral communication skills (A must!)

- Proven track record in sales, with at least 1+ years of quota carrying experience and records of exceeding targets.

- 2 - 6 years of sales exp post MBA from IIMs/ Top 15 B-Schools in India or abroad.

- Preferably Engineering+MBA background(Not confined,though).
