Alfa Laval - Head - Order Management & Inventory (10-15 yrs)
Alfa laval India is looking for a dynamic Head of Order management and Inventory
Job responsibilities as below:
- Responsible for Leading, Organizing, securing the high performing Team in line with Company Targets and AL Culture.
- Responsible for End to End Order cycle execution to the Customer Satisfaction and Delivery on Time, monitoring, compliance and controls on the efficiency of entire process.
- Responsible for FG Inventory cycle aimed to achieve Company Targets, monitoring, controls on efficiency of entire process
- Ensure Order execution are in line with Alfa Laval group and sales company policies and industrial standards
- Maintain and develop a partnership relation with all supply units.
- Maintain good communication with relevant Divisions to achieve collective results as well as among the team members.
- Manage & execute the logistics of FG.
- Continuous monitoring of the system and structure in order to enhance the current Business Process of the company
- Ensure all day to day operations and support activities are successfully carried out
- Set team KPI to enable to meet the Company Targets
- To Monitor and Work towards the targets of Delivery Accuracy, DOTi, DIO (Days of Inventory Outstanding), Inventory Slow Moving Level and plan upon Minimizing the same in a handshake with Sales Team and Operations.
- Handle Adhoc assignments.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Supply Chain. Customer Order Management.
- 10+ years of exp from a similar position.
- Knowledge and experience in handling Customer Order Management, Compliance.
- Experience of B2B Order execution, SCM knowledge, Project Management, Inventory management, Industry, Customs, Legal etc.
