Job Title : Regional Sales Manager

- Healthy relations with architects, builders, contractors, dealers & Fabricators

- Technical Knowhow of ACP or building materials industry will be preferred

- Reporting is to the NSH and he will be aided with a team of SOs.

- Deliverables are Topline and Bottom-line, driving Product Mix with focus on Premium, and driving the desired Segment in the region.

- Drive Capability building of teams.

- Drive Influencer programs to up our equity with Specifiers, Contractors and Architects.

- Do KAM for top customers and Up selling. To ensure 3 times of target, pipeline has been generated by each SO.

- Ensure 100% compliance of Quote and order booking process flow by each SO.

- Ensure 100% compliance of CRM & Support/ achievement of sales target of SO

- Identification & facilitation for training

- Ensure 100% compliance of PJP of each SO/ Team members.

- DSO Compliance should be as per F&A Team/ Credit Mg Policy
