Manager- Market Research
Job Responsibilities:
- To lead the development of analytics solutions to generate actionable insights to create business value for senior management.
- To prepare & implement strategic planning / budgeting / forecasting, project feasibility studies & Cost & Financial Analysis.
- To liaison between the business and field to articulate business needs and generate content/ reports for further decision making.
- To prepare and analyze performance reports of business and provide strategic inputs to senior management.
- To assist senior management team on annual business plan preparation and review mechanisms.
- To track key indicators performance of business and interact with external and internal senior executives.
- To Prepare Daily /Weekly/Monthly MIS reports with Data & Graphical Representation to the Top Management.
- To interpret meaning and implications of business metrics, data and reports to achieve
project goals.
- To study the system and procedures related to business process and recommend changes for increasing profitability and customer stats.
- To calculate and interpret key business metrics (e.g. ROI) for review.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience in MIS/ Reporting/ Business Analytics will be preferred.
- Expert in MS Excel, Ms Word and Ms PowerPoint.
- Excellent hands on experience of Advance Excel formulas, Pivot charts, pivot tables etc.
- Must have excellent Verbal and Written Communication.
- Can manage, coordinate and communicate with CMD office.
Experience:
- 9-18 years working experience in managing Business Analysis/ Business Strategy department preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
Qualification:
- Degree of Post-Graduation in Pharmaceutics/ Management from reputed or recognized university.
