Some of your job responsibilities are outlined as under:
- Hiring across levels and functions through various job portals / networking sites
- Accountable for leading Performance Management and Annual Compensation Cycle
- Formulate and drive Reward & Recognition as well as Employee Engagement programs
- Building a strong HR relationship with stakeholders
- Responsible for entire employee life cycle; from on-boarding to exit.
- Liaison with Legal- to ensure HR Compliance
Minimum Qualification: MBA HR (Full Time)
Previous Work Experience :
- 3-4 years of relevant experience as HR generalist with focus on Recruitment and HR Operations

- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

- Proactive and Disciplined to meet timelines
- Eagerness to grow and willing to undertake more responsibilities
