Career Opportunity Description:

This position is a member of ACP Operations team and handles the process improvement initiatives across all the portfolio companies managed in India under ACP and reports to the Head/VP of India Operations. This person will focus on improving workflow efficiencies by identifying and reducing waste and driving standardization. This person will also be responsible for mentoring and championing green belt candidates and driving a continuous improvement, problem solving culture. The person will work in a dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented work environment that is guided by and upholds company core values

Primary Responsibilities:

- Identify wastes in the current workflow. Through the use of blackbelt tools, the root causes of the wastes will be determined, and corresponding actions implemented to drive a significant reduction.

- Involved in building digital transformation across the organizations, focusing on people, process and technology

- Helping the organization in identifying the automation initiatives, identifying the right technology stack and tools to optimize the processes

- Day-to-day oversight of multiple internal processes; monitor, report and plan process improvements. This includes defining, establishing and managing process controls.

- Collect, analyze and measure process data and review trends and gaps that may require additional review.

- Identify opportunities for standardization and work with a cross functional team to drive standard/best practices across all teams.

- Conduct time and motion studies for ACP portfolio companies and work with analysts and BI analytics team on improving the KPI dashboards.

- To create time value maps and identify value-add tasks and non-value-add tasks.

- Mentor and champion 3-4 green candidates per year. This includes project selection and through the use of the DMAIC process, successfully champion the candidates to certification.

- Teach, coach and mentor Operations staff on the use of lean and six sigma tools to help move Operations to a continuous improvement, problem solving culture.

- Collaborate on larger initiatives and participate in cross functional project teams outside of Operations.

- Adheres to established business processes, policies and regulations.

- Ensures all policies and procedures are followed appropriately with emphasis on strict adherence to ISO 27001:2013, HIPAA and HITRUST guidelines.

- Maintains effective communication and good relationships with all employees.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

- Bachelor- s/Master's degree in Business or similar field required.

- Black belt certification required with minimum of 5 years of experience.

- Demonstrates excellence in communication (written and verbal).

- Ability to teach/coach/mentor operations staff.

- Previous experience with time and motion studies and value stream maps - minimum of 3 years

- Experience with managing multi-faceted projects with the ability to create succinct and concise high-quality deliverables.

- Proficiency in all aspects of PC utilization including MS office.

- Demonstrates an uncompromising level of integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior.

- Proven ability to foster successful relationships through clear communication, swift problem resolution and mutual respect.

- Ability to complete tasks accurately and within strict time constraints.

- A self-starter with the ability to work independently.

- Regular and reliable attendance is an expectation.

Key Relationships:

- Directly supervised by the Vice President of Operations.

- Interacts regularly with the stakeholders in US who are associated with the portfolio companies, primarily Operations Department.

Essential Functions:

- Physical Requirements: Extended periods of time typing, data entry, sitting, read, writing. Lifting to 20 lbs.

- Mental Requirements include: General, Visual, and Numerical Intelligence. Analytical skills.
