The Alchemists Ark is looking for an Associate Consultant (Sales Experience of >12 months)

Your Work : You will work on Client and Internal Projects. Projects will be assignments which Radically Simplify Sales and Distribution (Observational Research, Developing Processes, Policies, Ways of Working, Improving Effectiveness of the Sales Team, Conducting Training Programs etc.)

Your Role: You will be part of Project Delivery Teams with other Consultants, reporting to a Project Leader, on:

- Customer Acquisition: Understand Client Requirement. Understand Industry Nuances (thru Secondary Research)

- Project Initiation: Analyse Client Data

- Field Research: Primary Research (to obtain Powerful Insights)

- Solution Development

- Output Delivery: Reports/ Presentations, Training film, etc.

- Implementation support: Drive Implementation for Results, Training Programs

Your Knowledge, Attitude, Skills:

1. Knowledge:

- What a smart MBA must know on Marketing

- What wisdom a year+ Sales Experience should have given you

2. Attitude:

- Hi Curiosity (Evidence = Heavy Reading of Business Books, Business Papers)

- First-time-right and ON-time. Continuous Improvement

3. Skills:

- Very good Logical and Analytical skills (including using Microsoft Excel)

- Persuasive spoken, written and presentation skills (including using Microsoft PowerPoint)

Apply only if you:

1. Are an Engineer (non-IT) + MBA (Marketing)

2. Possess Consistent Academic Record: 10th (75%) + 12th (75%) + Engineering (60%) + MBA (A grade or equivalent)

3. Have min. 12 months of Sales Experience in selling through Trade in Automotive-related/FMCG

4. Are proficient in English & Hindi/ Marathi. (Communication in a South Indian Language will be an Added Advantage)

5. Have studied or worked in Pune, and are keen to live & work in Pune (Pune Resident preferred)

6. Are a Male Candidate

Salary offered (CTC): INR 6.5 - 8 LPA
