RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for sourcing materials basis specified requirement for kitchen and vehicle fabrication, marketing collaterals and merchandize requirement of the marketing team

- Able to build long-term and stable partnership relationships with key suppliers according to approved procurement strategies and negotiate the best rates across the country

- Organize communication with suppliers periodically according to the requirements of marketing division

- Ensure co-ordination for the PR/PO process as defined by the Central Accounting team

- Manage the invoicing process as per the payment timelines and process as defined by the Central Accounting team

- End to end management of materials / merchandize to meet execution deadlines

- Devise and maintain benchmarks and maintain a strong awareness through the investigation of new supply markets and assessing suppliers' capability.

Skills and Experience:

- Relevant 7-8+ years of experience in marketing procurement including fabrication

- Technical knowledge of materials involved in fabrication of assets like vehicles and buildings

- Ability to handle tasks independently

- Preferably should have worked in Telecom/ FMCG / FMCD / Manufacturing industries

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel

- Bachelor's degree is desirable
