- Candidate must have experience in interviewing, Conduct phone or in-person interviews to evaluate candidates "fit and technical competence".

- Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with management, peers and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully.
- Candidate with good experience in using Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin etc.
- Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT and NON-IT Technologies.

- Candidate must be Graduate/PG.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have good screening and Interviewing skills.
