Job Position Summary

Leads the delivery of HR reporting and analytics by delivering complex information, including defining report requirements, performing data analysis and preparing reports.

Analyse information requirements of key HR processes and drive improvement projects. Assists in the collection, consolidation and interpretation of data required for Human Resources Leadership during employment life cycle, from pre hiring to post separation stage.

Assists HRBP in core talent management processes execution, employee connect, data management and documentation.

Key responsibilities

- Develops standard and ad hoc reports and completes analysis of complex information from a variety of sources and writes management summaries.

- Leads Human Resources reporting flows and information consolidation which allow predictive analysis for business results.

- Responsible for providing information support of key Human Resources processes like : Budgets / monthly headcount status and trends, attrition and recruiting analysis, annual merit analysis, Human

- Resources scorecards and various legislative reporting requirements.

- Conducts external and internal research and summarizes results for management review. Manages the design, delivery and monitoring of reporting and analytical initiatives, processes and tools to enable HR teams.

- Keeps up to date with new technologies in the Human Resources Analytics area

- Assists HR BP to execute and manages core talent management processes of talent acquisition, onboarding, development and assessment; performance management; competency and skill management; employee engagement & retention, training & development, leadership development; in alignment with HR strategies / policies and processes

Desired Qualification / certifications :

- Graduate in any discipline, though Graduation in statistics is highly preferred.

- Certification to SPSS / Minitab highly desired

- Certification in 6 Sigma / HR Analytics / Quality systems highly desired
