Job Position Summary: Responsible for smooth interface of Safety IT systems to deliver the departmental objectives such Flight Safety Data Analysis, trends, alert etc.
Safety Performance compilation from data/systems of various departments for senior management meetings such as Safety Action Group/Safety Review committee etc.
Key responsibilities :
1. Administration of Safety IT systems such as FDM, SMS, Quality etc. to enable data analysis and performance evaluation.
2. Enable the IT system to output the departmental requirements and / or regulatory compliance.
3. Compile and collate Safety Performance data for meetings such as Safety Action Group, Safety Management Committee for department and / or regulatory submission.
4. Liasoning with IT system vendors for system configuration as required by department.
5. Ensure Safety KPIs/SPIs captured through the system and ontime submission as per requirements.
6. Interface Business Intelligence tool with Safety IT systems.
7. Familiarize with FDM tool and act as back up for FDM Manager for day to day FOQA analysis.
8. FOQA trend monitoring and Dashboard for FOQA monthly/quarterly /yearly reports.
9. Responsible for SDCPS record in IT system.
10. Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Chief/Dy.
Chief of Flight Safety.
Desired Qualification / certifications:
1. Graduate in any discipline, data analytics specialization preferred.
2. SMS training 3-5 days from industry accepted agency/Institute.
3. Data analytics and Business Intelligence integration preferred.
4. Preferred relevant work experience Commercial Airline experience of 6 years and 3 years of relevant experience.
