Quality Control :

- Responsible for reviewing & upgrading various parameters and standards for inspection & testing of various material for the entire group

- Ensure physical verification of quality standards of material used such as blocks, sand, aggregate, fly ash bricks etc..and ensure they are of right quality at all project sites

- Ensure all constructions are done as per relevant IS codes & international codes. , Responsible to provide quality specifications, guidelines, parameters for inclusion in tender/contract documents to be floated for award of work orders

- Review & upgrade QC labs at all sites for testing of various materials at regular intervals & help setup @ new sites; Ensure to provide methodology for rectification of works not found in accordance with quality parameters & put system in place to avoid occurrence of the same.

- To establish root cause analysis (RCA) system for all the processes and ensure that the correct processes implemented as per RCA to avoid recurrence of the incidences.

Process & Policies :

- Develop, implement & Monitor SOPs related to Quality and work continuously to improve the same ; Design the communication strategy related to various quality parameters to ensure quality awareness amongst all

- Prepare a checklist of test/documents required for various testing and ensure everyone adheres to same

Research & Development:

- Responsible for regular research & development activities to find out innovative and cost-effective methods of construction and to introduce new methodologies.

- Ensure introduction of new technology for process & quality improvisation, Upgradation of existing processes.

- Work continuously towards improving quality of construction; identify new quality material for better quality product.

- Ensure regular improvement of set quality parameters so that the standard set doesnt get obsolete; To conduct regular in-house training / lectures.

Certification :

- Work towards achieving ISO and other international quality parameter certificates.

- Ensure regular audit and proper compliance for regular renewal of such certificates.

Team Management :

- Knowledge sharing with quality team on regular basis

- Leadership & Team Development

Requirements :

BE Civil with at least 8-10 years of experience in QAQC of Real Estate Firm/Industry

Local Candidates will be preferred

- Notice: Preferred Immediate Joiner or maximum within 15 days to 1 month.

- BE (Civil) Degree/Diploma in Quality ; Degree in construction technology will be additional

Computer proficiency

- Knowledge of real estate industry; Knowledge of recent developments in construction techniques, machineries, materials etc.
