About NHA - Ajmal &amp; Sons : The new company of Ajmal &amp; Sons NHA- New Horizons of Ajmal was found in January 2019. This company is focused around expanding the packed products of perfumery of Ajmal across multi-channels and focused around expanding the points of sales. We have dramatically increased our market penetration by going across all forms of retail both online and offline. At this point of time, our immediate focus is to expand the business through more touchpoints both in terms of width and depth through varied products offerings and we would wish to ensure that we are able to meet the milestones that you have set for ourselves in the next 4-5 years. As a part of this, we are looking to get on board the Vice President of Operations who would handle the entire core marketing and sales functions across channels. JOB OVERVIEW : New Horizons of Ajmal is looking for an ideal candidate with a unique mix of business and management mix to oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the sales channels of the Company in order to support the growth and bottom line of NHA Ajmal Division in India. Reports to President - Operations. Location : Mumbai ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Manage day-to-day Sales and Marketing operations of the Sales Channels as per the Organizational vision and the Business Plan. Optimize costs, profitability, quality of deliverables, productivity, and efficiency across the company's operations across the sales channels. 2. Profit &amp; Loss Accountability for the Sales Channels and the Franchise Business. The Sales Channels include Modern Trade, Owned Retail, Distribution including Multi-brand outlets, E-commerce, and the Franchisee business. This will include delivering on revenue/profitability/operational targets, managing operational excellence, and maintaining/building strong relationships with channel/trade/Retail partners and internal/external stakeholders 3. Formulate necessary SOPs and guidelines for smooth operations of the sales channels and channel partners like dealers, distributors, and stockists. 4. Manage and develop talent to enable strong and cohesive operations. Plan for the staffing, resource acquisitions, and provision of facilities to meet the organization's business plan in line with the vision. 5. Manage the entire value chain including Inventory and Commercial (Accounts) Operations - Warehousing, company's remote fulfillment/distribution center (APOB), manage stocks at all third-party facilities to ensure timely order processing, accurate inventory control, timely receipt/stocking of goods, cost-efficient shipping direct to customers and effective processing of returns. In commercial operations he will have to manage quasi-legal matters, matters related to legal and compliance, manage liaison with external consultants, and support litigation matters if any. 6. Preparing and presenting accurate operating MIS on key business parameters of the sales channels to facilitate decision-making by the Management. Prepare review presentations on an ongoing basis for management reviews. Budgeting &amp; Forecasting. Help prepare the Annual Business Plan for the Division and Roll out of Regional/Area Performance parameters, monitor monthly performance and Variance Analysis. Desired Profile: 1. Must necessarily be from an FMCG General Trade/ Distributive Trade background (Preferred from FMCG -personal care/lifestyle background.) 2. Must be MBA with Tier I/II institute or CA with sales experience. 3. Ideal age of the candidate to be 38 - 45 years. 4. Last 5 years must be in a business leadership position. Skills Required: 1. Strategic, planning, budgeting, and operative FMCG experience. 2. Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills 3. 10 to 15 years of managerial experience. 4. Demonstrated experience in setting, monitoring, and meeting annual business goals. 5. Experience in building and scaling teams and SOPs 6. Analytical problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail 7. An entrepreneurial spirit 8. Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles 9.
