Effectively leading and implementing the eCommerce function to ensure the stability and growth of the business. Full P&amp;L ownership for eCommerce business 2. Lead optimization of website transactional functions to increase sales and service across B2C and B2B2C platforms 3. Lead eCommerce technology, deployment projects and commercially engaging with technology providers for UKQB, KSA, and Oman 4. Drive revenue using Paid Search, Affiliate, Display, Email Marketing, and other channels while building sustained organic traffic growth across UKQB 5. Create reporting including product analysis, traffic, conversion, AOV. Analyze and set KPIs to achieve traffic, conversion, CPS, NCAC, ROAS, Media budgets to unlock further growth opportunities together with the broader understanding of digital acumen 6. Leverage A/B testing tools for site optimization and personalization 7. Develop business cases for station/country-specific strategic initiatives that have an impact on the business 8. Align site content and messaging with marketing calendars in partnership with marketing and station in-charges. Working together collaboratively to develop promotional calendars 9. Analyze the online consumer journey funnel and deliver results via leveraging both web/social analytics, Magento reports 10. Ensure business development activities with key marketplace players such as Amazon, Noon and Namshi, etc., in order to maximize and grow the revenue 11. Focused on developing best practices and core competencies for company eCommerce initiatives. This range from supervising and plan the eCommerce business development efforts including Website, Mobile APP development, Online merchandising, Digital marketing, promotional planning, sales budget 12. Responsible for developing roadmaps, liaising with key stakeholders, as well as setting decisive and well-reasoned development priorities to deliver maximum commercial benefit 13. Develop and communicate an ongoing understanding and awareness of competitor activity, relevant industry, and technical knowledge to identify market gaps and opportunities for all products on multiple platforms 14. Coach and mentor team members. Identify training needs of team members; develop training material in conjunction with key stakeholders Core Competencies : 15. Extensive knowledge in product/technical management and retail eCommerce experience 16. Able to drive website development, technical and aesthetic, navigation, performance, and functionality efforts to positively impact eCommerce efforts 17. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and commercial acumen 18. Experience of working in a fast-paced retail head office environment with advanced knowledge of initiation and optimization of digital marketing and marketplace channels (Amazon) 19. Proficient in conceptualizing, consulting, and managing the eCommerce project in Magento and other customized solution for brand, digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEO, Firebase (Mobile APP analytics) 20. Ability to think forward, possess leadership skills, and effectively lead all direct reports to execute the brand's vision Education &amp; Experience : 1. Any Degree / Master Degree with a certification in Digital Marketing 2. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience. 3. Desired Candidate Profile PROFILE: The ideal candidate should come from a Beauty &amp; Fashion retail background heading sales and sales operations. Exposure to eCommerce will be an added benefit. Must have a strong understanding of the fashion industry. Must have strong relationship management skills. Preferably women candidates should be considered, given the nature of the category.
