We are looking for young, energetic and passionate Human Resources Leader who can manage the Talent Acquisition, Manpower Budgeting, Career Planning & Progression, Designing Measurable Performance Metrices and Succession Planning.

Position: Lead - Human Resources

Location: Sakinaka, Andheri East

Job brief:

We are looking for a Lead HR to join and lead our HR Operations.

The responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, streamline payroll, designing company policies and working on performance management.

You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and HRIS.

Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment

2.Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans

3. Work on day to day recruitment needs and also suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process, Host in-house recruitment events.

4. Discuss employees career development paths with managers

5. Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)

6. Review departmental budgets

7. Organize learning and development programs, work on gap assessment and development centers

8.Ensure HR staff addresses employees requests and grievances in a timely manner

9. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations

Requirements and skills:

1. Proven work experience as a Senior HR resource or similar role

2. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)

3. Strong understanding of labour laws

4. Excellent communication abilities

5. Leadership skills

6. Ability to foster healthy employee relations

7. Relevant degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology.
