Ajmal Perfumes - Head - Accounts & Finance

- Looking for a Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification for handling all accounting functions. Should have a minimum of 10 years' experience.

1. All Accounting Function - recording all transactions, ensuring their accuracy, timely completion of entries, etc.

2. Generating Regular Management MIS as well as generating ad hoc reports as and when required by the Management.

3. Ensuring regular reconciliation, follow-up, and collections/ payments of all forms of Receivables and Payable.

4. Ensuring smooth flow of funds - Cash-flow and Banking Transaction monitoring and Management. This includes making rolling quarterly cash-flow forecasts and updating them on monthly basis.

5. Making Annual Budgets, reviewing progress on monthly basis, carrying out required modification, if required by Management, generating Comparative reports thereon with suitable and reason-based Variance Analysis thereof.

6. Any other responsibilities and roles, which may be added or reduced by Management.
