Sales & Distribution :
- Ensuring primary and secondary sales through successful distribution channels, displays, merchandising and effective management of sales officers and other selling distribution resources
- Strengthening the distribution network & infrastructure of RDs and dealers to increase the width and depth of all products including new sales channels
- Effective management of Sales Managers & Officers through motivation , training & development & productivity enhancement
- Ensure availability of stocks at optimum level with RDs in the territory
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area
- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends
- Provide timely feedback to Regional Sales Manager regarding sales performance and other market intelligence
- Managing all elements of new product sales including appointment of RDs and developing trade channel
- Creating, implementing and managing expansive strategic sales direction that delivers annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets
- SKUwise demand forecasting and sellout planning
- Provide feedback from customers and partners to the Harman management team
- Responsible for overall smooth functioning of all channel partners across the assigned business territory
- Provide day-to-day management duties such as daily supervision, setting goals and objectives, hiring new personnel, giving performance reviews, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
