About the Role :
A unique opportunity to oversee the successful operations of airtel stores (10 and above), to drive quality Customer Experience and achieve Sales. Ensure that the stores receive the requisite support to achieve targets, while complying with pre-defined guidelines
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive and achieve stores profitability through delivery of agreed revenue & cost plan
- Analyze Zone level analytics reports (KPIs) to identify issues, areas of improvement, deviations etc.
- Ensure total compliance to airtel defined processes and policies
- Co-ordination with Zonal/ Circle / Central cross-functional teams to ensure required operational support
- Identify opportunity for new stores - select location, ensure financial compliance
- Monitor all competitor activities and share recommendations for action
- Ensure hiring, training and personal development of Store Managers and outsourced store staff. Identify gaps and recommend steps for improvement
Experience & Skills :
Skills Required:
- Ability to coach and mentor large teams
- Ability to analyze relevant data to execute new projects
- Analytical skills to draw insights from reports
- Commercial acumen to keep a track of store transactions
Educational Qualifications : MBA or equivalent in business management diploma
Work Experience : 4-7 years
Retail, CS or Postpaid
Preferred sectors : Organized Retail - Handset/Modern Trade
