Airtel - Zonal Sales Manager - Franchise (6-9 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive and achieve stores profitability through delivery of agreed revenue & cost plan
- Analyze Zone level analytics reports (KPIs) to identify issues, areas of improvement, deviations etc.
- Ensure total compliance to airtel defined processes and policies
- Co-ordination with Zonal/ Circle / Central cross-functional teams to ensure required operational support
- Identify opportunity for new stores - select location, ensure financial compliance
- Monitor all competitor activities and share recommendations for action
- Drive customer centricity among all stores to ensure best service and monitor performance at store level and put into action plans of improvement
- Manage vendor and partner relationships and ensure all new franchisees partners are aligned & imbibe serve to sell as way of life. Also ensure that the team of FRMs & store staff is 100% trained & certified
- Drive local area catchment programs in conjunction with circle marketing team
