Technology Recruiter  - This role is responsible to attract and select the best-in-class Technology talent from our target industry segments.  - Establish and develop effective working relationships with all Technology leaders  - Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, making direct contact calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals.  - Lead and own the Recruitment cycle which includes working closely with Senior Leadership, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations and onboarding.  - Responsible for effectively communicating the employer brand with potential talent and forging strong partnerships with the HR team and relevant stakeholders.   - Taking initiatives in organizing weekend drives and assisting in hiring resources for critical requirements  - Gather and Understand from the external market, best practices to further improve the recruitment process  Desired Skills & Experience:-   - You should be amazing at storytelling, have an eye for business acumen and have an ability to engage them across experience levels.  - A minimum of 2 years of business (technology) hiring experience for consulting or product companies.  - Demonstrated ability to establish & refine process  - Demonstrated experience with digital hiring  - Ability to think on feet and develop innovating recruiting techniques to meet hiring managers' needs  - Good Negotiation and Closure skills with strong emphasis on Relationship management  - Huge focus on Hustle Factor: People who can ensure seamless delivery for positions assigned
