Airtel - Talent Acquisition Role - Campus Hiring (2-6 yrs)
- We are looking for a Campus Recruiter working with Colleges and help us recruit students and recent graduates.
- Person will be working as Campus Recruiter who will be responsibilities finding suitable candidates Interns / Fresh Graduates.
- Should have experience with various sourcing tactics, like social recruiting, and excellent relationship-building skills.
- Strong experience in Stakeholder Management.
- Involve in End to End Campus recruitment - Right from sourcing, screening, coordinating the interviews, release the offer and follow up with the candidates.
- Run the campus events across locations - end to end
- Manage recruiting database & records for India campus recruiting
