Airtel - Senior Product Manager - Wynk Music (4-10 yrs)

Key Requirements

- A passionate product manager with at least 4 years' experience shipping end-to-end consumer products

- Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys taking end-to-end ownership of the product and work across stakeholders to achieve the desired objectives for the product

- A keen eye for understanding the end user and creating product-led solutions to bridge user need gaps

- The candidate with a tech background & an interest in current technology trends will be preferred (not mandatory though)

- Strong analytical skills, ability to define KPIs, KPI dashboards and success metrics.

- Prioritization: The PM should be able to carry out effective prioritization of user stories balancing between user experiences, business requirements, tech debts and resourcing.

- Passion and love for music and entertainment is always a plus point

Role:

Artists / Content creators are an integral part of the overall Wynk Music ecosystem.

Wynk is looking to create a deeper & a direct relationship with these creators to help them connect better with their fan base on Wynk

As a Product Owner for Artists Platform, you will be responsible for

Creating products to onboard new artists (and labels) and help them get their content live on Wynk and other platforms

Creating products to help artists analyze the performance of their content and monetize their content

Creating products/features to leverage Wynk platform to grow the existing artist base and help Wynk get fresh, new and upcoming music/podcast creator talent

Partner with the growth teams to lead and execute the GTM for these projects

Maintain the roadmap & backlog for all the mentioned tracks
