- To partner with Airtel business leadership in conceptualizing and executing HR strategy for key functions in the business
- To build a high performance culture and high energy team working together to deliver value for customers
- To ensure smooth functioning of the core people processes viz. Performance Management, Capability Building, Succession Planning and Engagement.
- Manage HR for ~400-500 employees
Key Deliverables :
Culture :
- Build a unique B2B identity
- Design and drive processes to embed a customer centric culture
Organization design & productivity :
- Design and deliver simplified structures in line with the business strategy
- Ensure employee productivity growth
Talent Acquisition :
- Partner with recruitment team to attract and hire talent aligned to organization needs
- Design and execute campus hiring programs along with Campus team
Talent Management & capability building :
- Successfully manage Top Talent identification and Succession planning through structured programs
- Work with the SME teams to co-create the capability building agenda
Performance Management :
- Initiate and execute Goal setting exercise for all employees
- Drive performance evaluation process
- Effectively manage the reward cycle in alignment with policy and guidelines
Engagement :
- Leverage various tools and methods to drive engagement within the team
Analytics :
- Analyze and drive critical metrics like attrition, HR OPEX etc
- Identify the concerns and take corrective actions in partnership with the leadership
