Lead Product Analyst - Data Analyst | Team management About the Position : - Airtel is a leading telecom solutions provider in the country with over 300m subscribers. We as an Organization strongly believe in data driven decision making and thrive on solving complex business problems with Analytics &amp; Data Science. - As a Product Analyst, you will partner closely with Product &amp; Engineering teams in building a world class digital experience for Airtel customers. - Develop an In-depth understanding of user journeys on Airtel Digital Platforms and generate data driven insights &amp; recommendations to help product business in meticulous decision making. - End-to-end ownership of key metrics, work with respective product owners to understand areas we need to measure and ensure the needle is moving in the right direction. - Develop strong hypothesis, execute A/B experiments and identify area of opportunities with strong confidence level. - Work cross-functionally to define problem statements, collect data, build analytical models and make recommendations - Identify and implement streamlined processes for data reporting, dash boarding and communication - Collaborate with Product for data tracking and implementation of tools like Adobe analytics, Appsflyer etc. Key Competencies : - A Data enthusiast with 7+ years of experience in Business Analytics/Product Analytics - Graduate/Post Graduate degree, preferably in Engineering /Statistics/Operational Research - Hands-on experience in analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results across diverse stakeholders. - Good knowledge of programming languages like R/SQL/Python - Experience using data access tools and building visualizations using large datasets and multiple data sources. - Hands-on experience with medium to large datasets (i.e. data extraction, cleaning, analysis and presentation). - Prior experience in statistical modeling, predictive analysis and consumer segmentation would be preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills. - Strong analytical acumen &amp; ability to define custom metrics for different Programs Preferred Qualifications - B.Tech from a premier engineering college in a relevant field
