Manager- Learning and Development


To conceive, design and execute development interventions to enhance talent capabilities and anchor learning strategy creation, other Talent Management and L&D projects for the Bank

Deliverables :

Learning Management System :

- Content Management (internal course design and development/ external purchase of e-modules)

- Driving the coverage and adaptation of LMS

- Designing Capability building projects

- Liaison with the business/functional leaders to fine tune learning needs and enable articulation of a clear development roadmap for development for critical roles

- Responsible for governance of capability development strategy (i.e. needs assessment, budgeting, development of customized learning programs, delivery of training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of training).

- Continuously researches and develops new age technology solutions to increase reach and effectiveness of learning and deploys leading-edge learning & development solutions that are aligned with the functional requirements.

- Anchor all pre and post program interventions for the identified programs that the role will anchor.

- Needs to demonstrate knowledge and expertise in L&D domain in order to manage different stakeholders expectations and goals.

- Needs to be aware of the innovative training methodologies & best practices to enable capability development and competitive edge.
