Key Deliverables:
1) Sales & Distribution Management
2) Merchant acquisition in the circle
3) Apt knowledge of the geography to support deployment of resources for merchant business.
4) Merchant activation (Small Merchants & Large format retail)
5) Ensure Visibility in the market place for the brand
6) Supporting cross functional teams to ensure merchant business growth
7) Merchant Servicing & relationship Management
8) Planning & execution of strategies related to merchant for the circles to ensure deliverables related to merchant acquisition, Activation, unique customers & throughput are met as per the plan
9) Training, developing, mentoring team of team leads & Merchant executives
10) Coordination with key functions at circle to ensure all possible support for the business e.g marketing, MIS, cross functional sales teams etc.
11) Keeping the management updated about the competition and developing strategies for winning in the market
