This role will be responsible for developing and executing effective TRADE CUSTOMER Development strategy for Airtel DTH line of business based out of Airtel Center - Gurgaon.

The core function entails building robust trade customer infra framework in terms of capacity build-up as well as responsible for doing capability development increase through channel consolidation/ expansion metrics along with engagement initiatives in a way that increases the productivity of the trade customer category with complimentary impact on other categories/GTM.

- Airtel DTH champion for TRADE CUSTOMER segment nationally

- Owns core distribution metrics and KPI

- Leading and developing end to end trade customer infra build-up with highest levels of quality within stipulated timelines

- Develop and execute end-to-end, holistic trade customer engagement programs nationally

- Develop effective partner retention and sustainability programs with clear focus on profitable growth as per penetration targets

- Own and ensure effective utilization of Trade Customer related S&D budget

- Engage and work closely with key internal as well as external stake-holders and be the GO-TO-PERSON for all trade customer related programs/initiative nationally

- Design, develop, deploy and champion adoption of digitization/automation road-map for driving higher productivity and efficient GTM thru close collaboration with IT/Marketing/Customer Service teams

- Establish and manage Sales Incentive Plan for Frontline Sales Team Metrics in close collaboration with Finance and HR

- Establish and manage regular reporting cadence for tracking progress of TRADE CUSTOMER focused programs

Work experience - Skills-Requirements

- Seasoned sales and distribution professional with 6-10 years of successful track record of managing and execution in FMCG environment

- Very good experience of channel planning with an ability to prioritize and lead circle operations team for GTM execution excellence

- Strong experience in using data/insights and analytics to drive critical decisions and strategy related to TRADE CUSTOMER Segment development

- Good analytical skills with focus on ROI

- Independent, motivated, self-starter who relished working in a fast paced environment

- MBA preferably from a premier institution

- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Growth hacking skills
