Airtel - Manager - Material Management

Manage and collaborate CPE devices demand & supply planning with an optimal lead time for business fulfilment at minimal cost to ensure all users can function without disruption. Simplifying supply chain processes and resolving procurement issues to streamline OTIF material delivery.

Deliverables:

- 100% on-time material availability to Business: to ensure ZERO business disruption

- Drive Demand forecast & Supply planning for SIM, Routers etc.

- Circle wise PAN India distribution management of SIM devices.

- Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for all the CPE devices

- Optimize inventory levels to minimize the CWIP

- Partner contract governance, audit compliance

- Create Partner Performance Metrics for all devices partners and conduct quarterly Governance Meetings to assess their performance

Decision Level:

- Prime: Material Management on Pan India Basis for CPE Devices

- Shared: Closely work with internal stakeholders to plan material inward & further distribution

- Contributory:: CWIP optimization

- Demonstrate (Key Competencies)

- Education Level: Must have: Graduate / Post Graduate preferably in Operations

- Working Experience: Must have: 3-5 Years of Relevant Experience in Planning/Purchase/Logistics High Impact. Directly controlling Devices supply allocation to Circles and impacting WH Inventory levels through planned collaborations and strategic priorities
