Functional Training Manager
- Conduct functional and behavioral Training Needs Assessment (TNA) of the identified user group in multiple LOBs
- Create, track and execute training plan to fill the gaps identified as part of the TNA exercise
- Work with verticals and circles to align the training curriculum and achieve the training outcome
- Align resources, schedule and conduct/coordinate trainings as per the training schedule
- Conduct analysis to assess the impact of trainings delivered, identify changes required in training plan, curriculum, content and schedule to make the trainings more effective
