Airtel Digital is hiring for a Collection Manager who is passionate to work in the area of financial services .
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle all service escalations with customers & Proactively escalate customer issues to functional heads
- Liasoning with the lending partners, Agency & internal teams to ensure smooth operations & new implementations basis guidelines
- Period reviews and action planning with direct reportees/partners and extend team members in the hub
Drive outbound Telecalling Collection Operations - measure advisor productivity, AHT, Occupancy etc to ensure collection basis defined target & ensure CSMM action planning along with all stake holders
Identifying new logics & strategies to maximize the performance across the collection bucket
Skills Required:
- EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation / MBA
- RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 5-7 yrs of experience of banking process
- Preferably outbound Collection operations
- Note: Need candidates from Banking only.
