Airtel - Lead - Tower CO Sourcing

Job Name: Lead - Tower Co Sourcing

Location - Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

Lead Commercial Deal closure with ToCo Partners covering

- signing up for new tower products,

- renewals / revisions to existing contracts,

- signing up for new green energy initiatives / revisions to existing contracts.

Drive strategic agenda for Cost Optimization including site relocations, new initiatives to drive rental / energy cost reduction.

Own War on Waste (WoW) targets ensuring execution along with internal cross functional teams and partners.

Partnership with Network team on new product framework / revisions to existing products to drive efficiency / cost savings with Rental and Energy Cost Assurance teams to drive cost optimization opportunity via contract mining.

Contract Management & Governance

- Governance with all ToCo partners,

- Enable quick dispute settlement with Partners,

- Ensuring business support to network / circle teams to resolve all operational challenges on time and support within TAT dispute closure.

- Partner Consolidation - find ways to consolidate portfolio with stronger partners / ink standard T&Cs with all circle partners to ensure risk management and standard T&Cs.

- Drive Process Excellence - standard MSA terms, SOP / guidelines to circles to business allocation to Partners.

- Drive Digitization focus on Tower Co sourcing, analytics & operations.

- Engagement with Leadership on subjects related to Tower Co.

War on Waste (WoW)

- New opportunities through MSA mining, billing analytics.

- Complete ToCo Opex control - Spend breakdown (all spend heads, partners), forecasts and WoW/Opex dashboards.

- Partner collaboration: Program for rental reduction / efficiencies / relocation of sites, etc.
