Purpose of the Job :

- Comprehensive management and leadership of Investor Relations strategy and execution, both internally and externally for a large market cap company which is also a Nifty Stock, amongst the top 10 market cap in India.

- Work with the Chairman and CEOs office to aid in planning and development of the corporate long-term strategy in order to materialize the Company's vision and objectives.

- Monitoring performance of short and long term business plans in accordance with the identified business model and strategy.

- IR unit set-up, IR strategy and messaging, IR collateral, Communication and Engagement plan, Content development and review, Analyst engagement, Investor engagement, share register analysis, shareholder 'targeting', investor and analyst surveys, IR for capital market transactions.

- Capable of integrating finance, communication, marketing and securities law compliance to enable the most effective two-way communication between the Group Company's, the financial community, and other constituencies, ultimately contributing to the company's securities achieving fair valuation.

Investor Relations :

- Define strategy for investors relations : Assist senior management in developing the communication to investors - growth, returns, investments, level of transparency

- Understand and incorporate the value propositions that investors should focus on

- Architect the Annual 'Investor Engagement Plan", get consensus and implement diligently

- Managing investors conferences, queries etc.

- Organize Conference calls and / or meetings with sell-side analysts and buy-side analysts

- Monitor equity markets and economic data

- Track all the movements and actions related to capital markets like Index inclusion and weights, trading data and patterns and shareholding pattern.

- Play a critical role in supporting execution of capital markets transactions.

- Lead all the projects related to capital markets like market sell downs, ADRs, Buy Back etc.

- Act as a coordinator and project leader and liaise with internal stakeholders, bankers, lawyers and exchanges on various capital market projects.

- Work with M&A teams on all deals from analyzing the structure and synergies as well as stock price impact

- Act as liaison between the company, external analysts, and investors across, markets and geographies.

- Develop and prepare various aspects of the quarterly earnings process including: the earnings press release, earnings call script and Q&A. This will include frequent collaboration and engagement with the Chairman, CEO and CFO.

- Collaborate with corporate controllership, communications, FP&A and legal on investment messages, finance guidance and appropriate disclosure.

- Proactively engage and develop deep collaborative relationships with leaders across the breadth of the business to enable effective and timely analysis of business results.

- Analyze key markets, competitor developments, and consumer trends to inform management and internal stakeholders with an objective to optimize effective messaging.

- Coordinate attendance and execute preparation for investor conferences, road shows, investor meetings, analyst days, and conference calls with buy- and sell-side contacts.

- Design and implement an investor targeting program to help attract and retain investment capital, by identifying firms and funds that align with the company's strategy.

- Prepare investor-related communications designed to optimize the investor base, consistent with the company's long term strategy.

- Monitor analyst reports and summarize them for senior management.

- Ensure consistent messaging throughout the company.

- Provide research and analytical support to management that identify, evaluate and analyze critical strategic priorities.

- Oversee preparation of periodic reports such as Monthly & Quarterly documents, presentation to the Board, Investor presentation for conferences and external communication, analyst/investor interaction report, etc.
