Job Level : Senior Manager/DGM
Purpose of the Job:
The purpose of the job is to manage and sourcing the content for Mobility Vas, Platforms & Services.
Key Deliverables:
1) Define content strategy across various services like CRBT, SMS, IVR, Off deck
2) Lead and develop strategic relationship with Content partners on an ongoing basis.
3) Deal management and commercial negotiations, planning and execution, ROI on deals and regulatory impact
4) Take ownership for END to End project delivery
5) Lead deal management efforts across internal and external stake holders, business, finance & legal
6) Managing content cost by budgeting and planning and execution.
