Airtel - Lead - Marketing - D2C (4-6 yrs)

The National Direct to Customer Channel Team is looking for smart and dynamic people to join as Lead-Marketing for the channel. We seek a highly motivated, analytical, customer centered, creative professional to join our team to help ideate, execute and drive programs for our high value customers

The candidate will be responsible for marketing activities to drive Business growth through innovative marketing initiatives for improving Mobility, Broadband & DTH acquisitions through the D2C channel (Retail & Broadband GTM)

At D2C, You'll Get to:

- Be part of the transformational Journey of One Homes opportunity at Airtel

- Simplify the Journey of Service with a Unified GTM strategy

- Work with razor-sharp colleagues in D2C, Circles, Product & Marketing Teams

- Manage the GTM for all marketing activities including new product launch in D2C- from communication/performance tracking/extension/curtailing etc

- Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs

- Evaluates and manages new strategic business opportunities, initiatives & partnerships by working closely with the D2C Ops Head & D2C CEO

- Planning, leading, and directing consumer acquisition initiatives in close collaboration with cross functional teams

- Design and execute the engagement and incentive program for a large workforce

- Understand the various product performance and Key metrics like ARPU/Churn and help build and drive the right portfolio for in store and out of store business

- Working with the circle teams to launch any new Store/New City with complete marketing programs

- Providing circle teams with insights, tools and performance updates and trackers aimed at improving acquisitions initiatives efficiencies

- Get budgets signed off for the marketing activities / calendar and manage it with the Circles

- Build and execute marketing strategies to engage partners and drive store profitability. Develop business plans with every alliance and ensure their successful execution.

- Collaboration with vertical Heads, Product Team, Peers/Seniors and team in Unit/Business

- Result Oriented - Ability to drive stretched targets and delivers

- Sensitive towards the expectations of Internal Customers

- Consulting, Facilitation and Negotiation skills
