Deliverable: 1. Lead the performance management cycle (PMS) right from KRA setting, performance and leadership competency review, normalization and increment and promotion cycle. 2. Design and execute the employee engagement framework in line with Gallup engagement survey results 3. Lead the OTR for the function, facilitate Development action plan creation, facilitate the execution of DAP and manage the succession planning for critical positions 4. Responsible for Workforce Planning for business units a. Identifying critical, unique/niche & mass positions for building a talent pipeline b. Industry/Organization mapping for critical positions 5. Periodic analysis and improvement of talent acquisition process via various short term & long term improvement projects like TA Manual, talent market share etc. 6. Complete recruitment life cycle management for all SBU's for middle management through I-Rec 7. Validating manpower requisition in consultation with line and business HR 8. Effective utilization of internal and external sources of recruitment like (HR Activ, IJPs, consultants, employee referrals, job sites, social media, OTR etc.) 9. Mapping applicants to the position on the basis of hiring guidelines laid down with due focus on quality 10. Responsible for assessment and selection of the right talent by using relevant tools like competency based interviews, OPQ, Ability tests and the like 11. Build a culture of Reward and Recognition in the Organization, with adequate controls in place. Follow guidelines and use innovative ways for assimilation of AIR values in the organization 12. Lead the Learning and development need identification and plan for the fulfillment of the same for the function.
