The position will report to : Head - HR Ops and Transformation

1. Acts as trusted partner to HRBPs, HR & Business Leaders, providing analytics to support business needs.

- Proactively consults with them to determine business needs, and develops critical insights and analysis in support of business priorities and projects

- Collaborate with SMEs across a wide range of HR areas (Talent Transformation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Business HR and Comp & Ben) to drive data based, informed decision making for HR Business partners, to promote data governance, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance & insight.

- Ability to translate business requirements/problems into sound and comprehensive analytical framework through appropriate usage of advanced statistical / mathematical techniques.

- Implement and Automate the business needs on the Online HR Business Intelligence tool for real time HR analytics.

- Drive analytics maturity through continuous improvement in data quality, data management practices, and standard tools and capabilities.

- Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics that drive insights focused on business issues and priorities..

- Maintain and ensure quality assurance of key HR parameters/metrics/elements of employee life cycle database with ability to deep dive into data and attention to details.

- Assist in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives and actively contribute to improve our data management approach and processes.

- Support in generating knowledge sharing trends in the team, participate in developing white papers & share new trends in people analytics with global HR team.

2. Build predictive models from multiple data sources, develop advanced algorithms that extract and classify information from large datasets

3. Drives Analytics platform's utilization across business and HR Leaders

4. Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.

5. Help build high level of credibility to the reports being published by this team.

Functional Competencies

1. Knowledge of SQL, BI, R programming and other analytical tools - Should have at least 2 years of hands-on modeling experience on BI

2. Knowledge of HR processes and HR technology applications and professional experience in HR or supporting HR analytics.

3. Excellent data management and analysis skills to assemble, clean and analyze data effectively.

4. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple types/source of data

5. Very good skills in web research, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint & Google tools

6. Detail-oriented to the point of understanding the detail behind the detail

7. Eagerness to learn new things and understand the bigger picture

8. Curiosity to better understand current processes and continual desire to improve on processes with ability to ask the right questions to improve quality of work

9. Strong bent towards analytics

Behavioral Competencies

1. Immaculate attention to detail and a keen eye towards visual presentation of work product.

2. Solid understanding of Data Visualization and data storytelling techniques

3. Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work with and communicate confidently with all levels of staff and management.

Mandatory Requirement

2 to 4 years in MNC in HR analytics role, which atleast 2 years should have been in a Team-leading role
