GTM Manager About the Role: The marketing team at Airtel is responsible for creating a complete marketing experience that helps maximize revenue growth and market share. To develop, manage and implement programs in Prepaid to enhance acquisition - numbers &amp; revenue through value for money products. You will design programs to increase the overall engagement of the customers through segmented offerings in the market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Competition mapping, analysis &amp; proposing new products. Ensure smooth roll out of new products. 2 Monthly activities - NAC (to keep acquisition cost with in budgets), Schemes, targets to ensure acquisition numbers. 3. Regular analysis of zone wise sales to take corrective actions on products, increase numbers of revenue enhancing products. Regularly liaison with the Business Managers to achieve business objectives. 4, Training of all customer services &amp; backend teams on existing as well as new products to ensure error free service delivery 5. High level of coordination both at the backend &amp; front end (sales team) to ensure error free delivery of products in the market done through&nbsp; planning &amp; meticulous execution. 6. High level of sensitivity to market dynamics, keep a track of competition ensuing product &amp; market superiority done through market visits, innovative products &amp; streamlined support to sales team Experience &amp; Skills: 1.
