Role requirement

a. Build Talent Acquisition capability for tech side of the business

b. Collaborate with vertical leads to forecast numbers, get feedback on overall TA performance

c. End to end recruitment starting from self sourcing, and engaging with recruitment vendors till rolling out offers, and pre engagement activities for leadership roles

d. Lead a team of 10 recruiters, responsible for driving recruitment for the entire org (non-tech), and ensuring great candidate experience

Qualification and skills

a. Have 7- 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience

b. Have prior experience as a Head of Talent Acquisition or a lead at a fast paced digital organizations

c. Have managed a team of 10-15 people

d. Have a solid understanding of talent landscape especially for sales, business role
